The personal data provided (such as name, surname, address, e-mail, identification number of registration with professional associations, location of the professional firm) will be processed by T.M.T. Srl (Data Controller) in compliance with the laws in force and the confidentiality obligations that have always characterized the company's business.

Data processing will be carried out according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, guaranteeing the protection of confidentiality and your rights, with the aid of suitable manual, electronic or IT tools.

Your data will be processed by the staff of T.M.T. Srl in charge of this activity; in the event that your data is processed by external data processors, these will in turn identify their data processors and will provide them with adequate operational instructions to carry out this task.

Purpose of data collection The data collected is used exclusively to allow correct information on the proposed events and all related activities for better participation, including the post-event reception of the material and participation in satisfaction surveys. The activity involves the sending of newsletters and scientific / professional updates as well as magazines, publications or technical or sector magazines, also delivered through postal services.

Filling out forms or sending e-mails using the addresses on the site constitutes an expression of consent to the processing of data as defined in this statement. It should be noted that subsequent membership and participation in events may lead to further information and consent to the processing of personal data.

These activities will be carried out by the data controller until the consent is revoked by the interested party.

Third parties to whom the data may be disclosed

Your personal data may be disclosed to third party service providers for the performance of the aforementioned activities. Furthermore, your personal data may be disclosed to other partner companies, subsidiaries or affiliates of T.M.T. S.r.l. (also based in third countries) for carrying out the aforementioned activities, including event promoters or sponsors.

By virtue of art. 3.2 of the Farmindustria Code of Ethics, the data provided, such as name, date of birth, any specialization obtained and compliance with current general and regional legislation on the obligation to communicate to the respective health structures in which it sponsored participation participates in congress events, they can be communicated to the Control Committee of Farmindustria. This is exclusively for ethical control purposes and as regards the specific convention, congress, refresher course or visit to the company laboratory. This provision is applicable only to visits to company plants, non-ECM congress events, refresher courses and ECM congress events limited to the possibility of direct recruitment of doctors by pharmaceutical companies.

Pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of the aforementioned Regulation, you may at any time exercise the right of access to data, rectification, cancellation, limitation, portability and opposition to processing as well as the right to be informed about the processing activities carried out by automated decision. - elaboration of processes concerning people, including profiling.

i paragrafi a seguire contengono una serie di informazioni utili a comprendere in che modo trattiamo le Sue informazioni personali tramite la piattaforma di erogazione dei corsi FAD in modalità on-line, nel rispetto delle disposizioni vigenti in materia di protezione dei dati personali e dei principi di correttezza, liceità, trasparenza, integrità e riservatezza.

Origine dei Suoi Dati e Categorie di Dati trattati
Il trattamento oggetto della presente informativa riguarda dati personali comuni quali, a titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo, nome e cognome, codice fiscale, luogo e data di nascita, indirizzo di residenza, numero di telefono fisso e mobile, e-mail, professione, forniti direttamente al Titolare del trattamento dall’interessato all’atto di iscrizione all’Associazione o ad un evento formativo. I dati di log-in e password sono comunicati dall’interessato al primo accesso alla piattaforma. 

Finalità del trattamento e Base giuridica
I dati personali sono raccolti e trattati per le seguenti finalità:

a-finalità formativa: per il perseguimento della finalità propria dell‘Associazione culturale no profit quale Organizzazione accreditata come Provider ECM Standard n.676, ovvero per l’erogazione dei corsi FAD (a distanza) ed attività connesse (quali a titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo iscrizione al corso e verifica dei requisiti dei partecipanti, erogazione del corso formativo, predisposizione degli attestati di frequenza);

b-finalità di adempimento ad obblighi legali: per l’adempimento degli obblighi di natura contabile e amministrativa, così come richiesto dalla normativa di settore (ad esempio relativamente l’attribuzione dei crediti formativi);

c- finalità informativa istituzionale: per l’invio di materiale informativo sui nuovi corsi in calendario, tramite e-mail, ai partecipanti degli ultimi corsi FAD (a distanza) attinenti la materia oggetto di formazione.

Il trattamento dei dati personali trova il suo fondamento per quanto riguarda le finalità a) e c), nell’art. 6 lett. b) GDPR; per quanto riguarda la finalità b) invece, nell’art. 6 lett. c) GDPR.

Luogo di Trattamento dei dati e Modalità di Trattamento

I Suoi dati personali vengono trattati in territorio italiano. Il trattamento avviene in forma elettronica e/o manuale, mediante l’utilizzo di strumenti e procedure idonee a garantire la massima sicurezza e riservatezza, in ottemperanza a quanto previsto dall’art. 32 del Regolamento.

Conferimento dei dati e conseguenze dell’eventuale diniego
Il conferimento dei Suoi dati personali è facoltativo, ad ogni modo la loro mancata comunicazione comporterà l’impossibilità per il Titolare di perfezionare l’iscrizione all’Associazione e/o alle attività formative, o di svolgere i servizi per i quali l’interessato si è rivolto a T.M.T. Srl.

Conservazione dei dati
I dati personali saranno trattati per il tempo strettamente necessario all’adempimento delle finalità associative (normalmente coincidente con il periodo di iscrizione dell’interessato all’Associazione). Laddove i dati siano trattati per l’attività formativa, verranno cancellati decorsi 10 anni dalla risoluzione del rapporto associativo. Al termine del periodo necessario agli scopi predetti i dati vengono cancellati o distrutti con modalità sicure.

Comunicazione e Diffusione dei Dati
I suoi dati personali non saranno diffusi, ovvero non saranno comunicati a soggetti indeterminati tuttavia, per il perseguimento delle finalità sopra descritte, T.M.T Srl potrebbe avere necessità di comunicarli ad eventuali partner, per lo svolgimento di attività strumentali alla prestazione dei servizi richiesti, o per adempiere ad obblighi di legge. Si fa riferimento a soggetti terzi coinvolti in attività di natura amministrativo-contabile, fiscale e tecnico-informatiche, nonché in attività collegate all’organizzazione dell’evento nel caso in cui il corso preveda la partecipazione gratuita per i soli associati al partner. I Suoi dati personali potrebbero essere inoltre comunicati ai soggetti ai quali la normativa vigente prevede la comunicazione obbligatoria, quali le Autorità e le Istituzioni regolatrici dell’attività formativa (a titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo AGENAS, COGEAPS, CNOAS, CROAS, o all’Ordine degli Assistenti Sociali e altri enti o albi professionali regolatori delle attività formative) ai fini del rilascio dell’attestato di partecipazione e dell’attribuzione dei crediti formativi.

Tali soggetti trattano i dati personali come autonomi Titolari del trattamento, co-titolari o Responsabili esterni del trattamento appositamente nominati dal Titolare. L’elenco dei Responsabili Esterni è a disposizione dell’interessato che ne faccia esplicita richiesta al Titolare del trattamento.

Da ultimo, tutti i dipendenti che svolgono la propria attività sulla base delle istruzioni ricevute dal Titolare, sono stati appositamente autorizzati dallo stesso, il quale impartisce adeguate istruzioni operative, con particolare riferimento all’adozione delle misure di sicurezza, al fine di poter garantire la riservatezza e la sicurezza dei dati.

I Suoi Diritti
In riferimento ai Suoi dati e al relativo trattamento da parte del Titolare del trattamento, Lei potrà esercitare i seguenti diritti, previsti agli artt.15 e ss. del Regolamento, tra i quali:

-          Diritto di accesso ai dati personali che La riguardano;
-          Diritto di rettifica dei Suoi dati personali;
-          Diritto alla cancellazione dei Suoi dati personali;
-          Diritto di limitazione di trattamento dei Suoi dati personali;
-          Diritto di opposizione al trattamento dei Suoi dati personali.
